Amulets for Witches, Magicians, and Vision Questers!
Hi everyone! We'll be back with the promised "Choosing Your Amulet" post next week, because tonight we have new amulets to show you! These are the most esoteric yet, in that they are all intended to promote second sight, spiritual growth, and magic power. Smoky quartz (discussed here in my post on interdimensional travel) and amethyst (featured here) feature prominently in these amulets, their "helper gems" and symbols giving final definition to each.
1.5" pendant of wire wrapped smoky quartz, strung with large rose quartz chips and large chips of lavender-grey amethyst and suspended from a nickel free chain with spring ring clasp.
Symbolizes: Mystery, magic, hidden worlds. The interdimensional portals and beings that can be glimpsed at dusk and dawn. Sweetness, faery beauty, opening one's eyes to wonders great and tiny.
Twilight and mist have symbolized the in-between and other realms/dimensions since before recorded history. Smoky quartz combines the psychic clarity of clear quartz with the smoky interdeterminacy of multidimensionality. Amethyst, the visionary's stone, is soft lavender grey here, tuned to the ethereal, while rose quartz turns us to the sweetest aspects of the ethereal and protects us with love.
